Fees

Please note: your first appointment at our surgery must be face-to-face. Additionally, you must have been seen face-to-face by a GP within Deepdene Surgery within the last 12 months to receive a Medicare rebate for a telehealth appointment.
Fees are to be paid on the day of appointment. Account keeping fee of $5 will apply if not paid on the day.
Card payments preferred. We accept cash but do not keep change on the premises. If paying with cash you must have exact change.
The doctors working within Deepdene Surgery DO NOT bulk bill. All appointments will incur a fee. Click your GP’s face below to see their billing information.

Additional out-of-pocket charge covering consumables and equipment used during the procedure. Not claimable through Medicare.

Results

At the time of consultation, your doctors will advise when they expect your results and whether you can call or need to make a return appointment. For test results please call our reception staff. They will direct your call to one of our nurses or an appropriate doctor. If you speak to a doctor to get your results, the call may incur a consultation fee. Enquire about this at the start of the conversation if you are concerned.
